ONEPROMPT / TERMS
Terms of sale
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Who sells to you.
Lemon Squeezy LLC is our reseller and the merchant of record. It processes your payment, charges any tax and sends your receipt, under its buyer terms. The guide is created by Aldiyar Semedyarov (OnePrompt), Bern, Switzerland.
2. What you buy.
“The AI Video Editor” is a digital download: a PDF guide, a prompts file and a studio folder for Claude Code. Contents as listed on the sales page.
3. What you need.
A paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code, a computer that runs it, and internet for the first setup. Third-party tools and services (for example Anthropic, ElevenLabs, image generators, Remotion company licences) are separate, have their own terms and costs, and can change without our control.
4. Price.
USD 49, one-time. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
5. Delivery.
You get a download link right after payment and by email. You can download it again from the link in your receipt.
6. Sales are final.
Because the product is delivered immediately, you lose the right to withdraw once the download starts, and sales are final, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. If a file is faulty or won’t open, email support@oneprompt.ch within 30 days and we’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t, we’ll ask Lemon Squeezy to refund you.
7. Licence.
You may use the guide, prompts and kit to make videos for yourself and for your clients, and the videos you make are yours. You may not share, resell, sublicense or republish the guide, prompts, skills or kit files, in whole or in part. The included sound effects are free to use inside your videos.
8. No promised results.
The guide teaches a workflow. We don’t promise views, followers, income or that third-party tools will keep working the same way.
9. Updates and support.
Fixes to v1.x are sent free by email. Support is by email for download and setup questions. It doesn’t include coaching or setting up your computer.
10. Liability.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
11. Law.
Swiss law applies, and the courts of Bern have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection in your country.
