Who’s responsible: Aldiyar Semedyarov (OnePrompt), 3008 Bern, Switzerland, support@oneprompt.ch. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). Framer processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to deliver the site, keep it secure and give us basic visit statistics.
Buying the guide
Lemon Squeezy LLC (USA), our reseller, handles checkout, payment, tax and delivery as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details to deliver the product and support you. We never see your card details.
Email list (only if you opt in)
If you ask for the free preview or join the Studio waitlist, Kit (Kit LLC, USA) stores your email and which form you used. You confirm by email first (double opt-in), and every email has an unsubscribe link. Buying the guide doesn’t add you to the list unless you tick the box.
Transfers
Lemon Squeezy and Kit are in the USA. They rely on safeguards such as the EU/Swiss Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
How long
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years in Switzerland). Email list data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to marketing at any time, and complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local data protection authority. Email support@oneprompt.ch.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Framer’s basic visit statistics work without cookies. The Kit sign-up forms may store a small cookie or browser entry so they know you’ve already signed up. Checkout happens on Lemon Squeezy’s own site, under its cookie policy.
