You asked how these videos are made. This is the full workflow, written down: a guide, the prompts and a ready studio folder for Claude Code. Claude does the research, script, voice, scenes, captions, sound and export. You stay the director.
HOW IT WORKS: THREE APPROVAL GATES
01
Approve the script.
Give Claude one line, like “/reel why airplane food tastes bland”. It researches, fact-checks and writes a script. Nothing moves until you say yes.

Approve the first 10 seconds.
Claude builds the voice, scenes, captions and sound, then shows you the hook first, so you fix the opening before the whole reel renders.

Approve the final cut.
Claude renders the reel and checks it with /reel-check: loudness, frozen frames, safe zones for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. You decide when it’s ready. Nothing is posted without you.
Already filming yourself? /rough-cut turns a talking-head or screen recording into a tight vertical edit with word-synced captions and graphics.
